Our commitment
AdaptSHSAT is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We design for keyboard access, screen-reader support, readable contrast, visible focus, text resizing, and responsive layouts.
Getting help or reporting a barrier
If a page, form, question format, document, or account workflow is difficult to use, email [email protected]. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you used. We will work with you to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we investigate.
Ongoing testing
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We use automated checks and keyboard testing, and we prioritize issues that block account access, practice, assessments, progress information, payments, and privacy controls. Automated tools cannot identify every barrier, so feedback from people using assistive technology is especially valuable.
Third-party services
Some workflows, including payment management, may open a third-party service. Those services maintain their own accessibility practices. Contact us if you encounter a barrier in a connected workflow so we can help provide an alternative.
